If you have received a decision in regards to a loan application which you feel is incorrect, you can lodge an appeal to have the decision reviewed. When a decision is reviewed, we can only consider the application as it stood at the time the decision was made. In the interests of fairness, we are not able to consider any new information in regards to the application. For more information please see our Appeals Policy.
Our aim is to provide all customers with a first class standard of service at all times. If, at any point you feel where this high standard has not been met, you are able to lodge a complaint with us. We take all complaints seriously and the manner in which they are dealt with is outlined in our Complaints Policy.
If, after your complaint has been dealt with by Transmit Startups, you are not satisfied with our response, you are able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Details of how you can do this can be found in our Complaint’s Policy.
Any abusive or aggressive behaviour (written or verbal) toward our staff, agents, contractors or partners will not be tolerated and could result in your application for a Start Up Loan being declined with immediate effect.
We also consider any remarks of a racial, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory nature to be abusive, and reserve the right to terminate all contact with any individual who makes such remarks. This could also result in any application for a Start Up Loan being declined with immediate effect.
