Protecting your security
We're aware that our name has been used in a phishing scam, where our details are being used in a text message asking people for personal information.
There are a couple of steps you can take to make sure any requests are genuine before you respond to them.
Check who the request is from. Everyone who works for us and has a Team Transmit email address is named on this page, so if the request is from someone else it's probably not genuine. Our general email addresses are info @ transmitstartups.co.uk and applications @ transmitstartups.co.uk (please note the 's' at the end of applications)
Only upload documents to the customer portal, which you can access from this page here.
Use Google instead of following links. We do send you links to our site or the customer portal, to make things easier for you, but if you have any concerns about whether the link is genuine, you can find both our website and the 'Start Up Loans Customer Portal' directly by just searching for them on Google.
