In these Conditions “Force Majeure Circumstances” shall mean any act of God, war, riot, strike, lock-out, industrial action, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, drought, storm, difficulty or increased expense in obtaining materials or transport or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company.

 

Requests to Remove Content

You can ask for content to be removed from the Transmit Startups website. We will only do this in certain cases, e.g. if it breached copyright or trademark laws, contains sensitive personal data, or material that may be considered obscene or defamatory.

Abusive Behaviour

Any abusive or aggressive behaviour (written or verbal) toward our staff, agents, contractors, or partners will not be tolerated and could result any product or service we offer, being declined, or terminated with immediate effect.
